Overview

Every failed wet-room schedule has the same 4 pm moment. The box of washers runs dry. The tape got left at the depot. Someone drives to the hardware store for drywall screws because they are “close enough.” They are not close enough, and the fix is not discipline. It is arithmetic. Count the fixings before the job starts, put them in one carton, and the problem stops existing.
That is what this kit is: the whole fixing layer of the board system, counted against your order, in one carton. Self-tapping screws and stainless washers for the 300 mm field grid. Anchors for masonry and concrete backgrounds. Elastic sealing tape and self-adhesive mesh fabric for every joint. Tell us your sheet count and stud layout when you order, and the carton arrives matched to the wall, not to a round number from a catalogue. Plan on one kit per ten sheets at standard spacing.
Working with thick panels? Add the textured fixing pins. They are made for the one job screws do badly: joining two boards at right angles. The coarse thread bites into the board edge and compresses the foam around itself as it drives, so the grip comes from friction over a wide surface instead of a thread hanging on by its fingertips. On a 20 mm stack or thicker, they are simply the faster, steadier tool.
So the kit, or the singles? For a whole room, the kit. It is counted so nothing runs out on day two, and one bundle order beats four separate ones. For everything else, buy the single. Extra screws for a repair. A roll of tape for one shower. An anchor set when the wall is solid and no stud is in sight. Each part of the system has its own page with the full spec if you want to check an item on its own.
What the kit does not do: it does not include the sealant, because joint length varies and sealant goes by the cartridge, not by the carton. And no carton of fixings rescues a bad substrate. Chalky render, timber rot, out-of-plumb framing. Fix the background first, then count the screws.

Fixing

One kit per ten sheets is the planning number. Set your lines at 300 mm, seat a washer under every screw, drive until flush (firm, not crushed), then tape and seal every joint. The full sequence is in our installation guide, free with a sample request.

FAQ

Self-tapping screws, stainless washers, anchors for solid backgrounds, elastic sealing tape and self-adhesive mesh fabric. The counts follow your board order: roughly ten sheets of coverage at standard spacing, assembled to the job rather than pulled from a fixed shelf.

You should not. If the job is one shower and you are short on tape, buy the tape. The kit earns its keep on whole rooms, multi-unit jobs and distributor stock, where counted coverage beats four separate orders and a 4 pm hardware run.

Divide your sheet count by ten and round up, then add one spare if the site is far from suppliers. Send us the drawings and we do the arithmetic for you.

Yes. Extra tape, more pins, mixed screw sizes, your label on the carton: all standard requests on volume orders. The kit is assembled to the job, not pulled from a fixed shelf.

No. Sealant goes by the cartridge because joint length varies with the layout. We can add cartridges to a volume order, but for a single room it is cheaper for you to buy locally than for us to ship liquid.

One 40′ HQ container (8 pallets) per item is standard. Trial orders below MOQ are reviewed case by case — tell us your project volume and we will find a workable option.

Standard thicknesses ship in 7–15 days after order confirmation. Custom cuts and made-to-drawing boards add 5–10 days. Every order comes with a confirmed loading plan before shipment.

Price depends on thickness, quantity and destination port, so we quote per project instead of publishing a fixed list. Send your specification through the quote form or message us on WhatsApp — a firm quote is normally back within 24 hours.

Yes. The 40′ HQ loading plan — 8 pallets, with piece counts by thickness — is free in our Resources section, so you can plan warehouse space before you commit.
